We are looking for a Sales Controller for the Cosmetics business in Spain as part of the Southern Europe Finance team.
Sales Controller is aligned with business processes and oriented towards driving business success by influencing decisions. The role is accountable for ensuring financial transparency and implementing effective controlling tools and instruments. The incumbent acts as a business partner and engages in cross-functional projects.
Main responsibilities:
Act as a business partner to Sales and Commercial teams in Spain
Analyze and evaluate annual trade agreements and drive critical discussions with sales teams, controlling the sales budget
Ensure compliance in Trade Terms & Conditions and execute audit-related controls
Adhere to the annual Reporting Calendar schedule and various additional requirements for the local management team, headquarters/Regional Reporting
Work closely with the RGM team on promo optimization and pricing
Ensure an efficient monthly sales forecasting process, identifying insights and challenging the commercial teams




Steer the financial forecast cycles for Gross Sales up to Gross Margin
Improve and automate reporting processes
Represent Finance in various projects (e.g. new tools, Opex)
Your Profile
3+ years of relevant experience in finance roles in FMCG
Strong system skills (Excel, PowerPoint, ideally Power BI and SAP)
Ability to influence and take ownership
High problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to visualize complex data
Fluent in English; knowledge of Spanish is an advantage
