The Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing the complete Order-to-Cash (OTC) process, from receiving the customer’s purchase order to confirming payment, ensuring fast, accurate, and customer-focused service. This is a hybrid and fixed-term full-time position (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday, based in our offices in Badalona.

Key responsibilities include, among other tasks:
- Accurately entering and recording customer orders, monitoring their progress,



and keeping customers informed at all times.
- Optimizing order size and frequency, as well as the full logistics process, including goods issue and shipment tracking.
- Responding to customer inquiries and requests, collaborating with internal departments to resolve issues.
- Contributing to continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Required qualifications:
- Solid professional experience in a similar role (customer service, supply chain, logistics, or procurement).
- Knowledge of order management and supply chain processes.
- Experience with SAP R3 – SD module (highly valued).
- Fluent in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of other languages such as Italian, French, or Spanish will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
