Your roleWhat you'll be doingWhat We NeedCorpay is currently looking to hire a KYC Compliance Analyst on a permanent basis within our Corpay division. This position falls under our Cross Borders line of business and is based from our Madrid office. This is key Compliance role focused on mitigating AML and Financial Crime risk through thorough due diligence and KYC checks. The role involves reviewing client documentation, investigating complex entities, and escalating findings, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies. As part of the Compliance team, the KYC Analyst collaborates with stakeholders to support business growth while maintaining high compliance standards, identifying risks, and enhancing department processes to strengthen the business’s defences against financial crime, money laundering and terrorist financing. You will report into the Onboarding Manager and regularly collaborate with other teams across the division.How We WorkAs a KYC Compliance Analyst,



Corpay will set you up for success by providing:Assigned workspace in the Madrid officeCompany-issued equipmentFormal, hands-on trainingRole ResponsibilitiesConducting Know Your Customer (“KYC”) reviews for the onboarding of new clients, as well as periodic and trigger event reviews of existing clients and accounts’ management.Performing due diligence on clients including obtaining corporate records, information verification through public sources and various third-party vendors.Verifying KYC documentation and perform the risk assessment.Identifying indicators of higher risk relationships and conduct Enhanced Due Diligence (“EDD”) (e.g., high-risk industry, Politically Exposed Persons (“PEP”) or Sanctions linked to customer’s nature of business).Evaluating negative media screening and measure their risks.Participating in project work and contribute to the development of internal processes, guidance, and procedures.Qualifications & SkillsUniversity degree preferred or equivalent work exp
