- Educate users on how to maximize the benefits of their wearable devices for a healthier,



more active lifestyle
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving technical issues with precision and empathy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends in user feedback regarding fitness technology improvements
- Document and troubleshoot software-to-device connectivity issues across the expansive Fitbit product range
- Stay updated on the latest developments within the fitness and wellness industry to provide expert-level guidance

Requirements
- Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written)
- Valid EU passport (mandatory)
- Strong passion for the fitness and wellness industry and active interest in wearable tech
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
- Ability to relocate to Sofia for this on-site Danish-speaking jobs opportunity
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service is considered a strong asset
