About the Role

As a Linen & Laundry Attendant, you will act as an ambassador of the Hyatt brand, ensuring all linens and uniforms meet the highest quality standards, supporting the overall operation and guest satisfaction.





This is an operational position with a rotating schedule, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays according to hotel operational needs. You will work closely with Housekeeping and other departments to maintain a smooth and efficient flow of linen and uniforms across the property.

Key Responsibilities
- Sorting, washing, drying, ironing, and folding linens and uniforms according to established standards
- Ensuring the proper storage and organization of clean linens and uniforms
- Distributing linen and uniforms to different departments as required
- Monitoring linen stock levels and reporting shortages or damages
- Identifying and separating stained or damaged items for special treatment or replacement
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the laundry and linen room areas
- Operating laundry equipment safely and efficiently
- Following hygiene, safety, and chemical handling procedures at all times
- Supporting invent
