We are looking for a Custom Made Device Leader / Planner. In this role, you will join a specialized team designing custom stent grafts for complex aortic aneurysms. This role blends clinical insight with engineering precision, using advanced imaging and 3D modeling to create patient-specific solutions that improve surgical outcomes.Responsibilities- Perform detailed CTA image analysis and 3D modeling for device design- Collaborate with health care professionals and cross-functional teams to develop custom endovascular devices- Provide technical support during planning and procedures- Act as a player/coach: contribute to case planning while mentoring team members,- Progress toward formal team leadership as new hires are onboardedRequired Qualifications- Strong organizational and communication skills- Ability to work in time-sensitive,
