Tomorrowland is expanding its activities to Ibiza and is therefore looking for a hands-on and experienced Revenue Director.
THE ROLE
As Revenue Director, you will lead the development and execution of the overall revenue strategy for our new project in Ibiza.
You will be responsible for maximising revenue and profitability through dynamic pricing, forecasting, demand analysis, inventory optimisation and commercial performance management across General Admission, VIP experiences, premium tables, reservations and other revenue-generating products.
Working closely with the General Manager, Sales & Events, Marketing, VIP, F&B;, Operations, Finance and Tomorrowland HQ, you will ensure that commercial decisions are data-driven, operationally feasible and aligned with the overall business strategy.
This is a highly hands-on role, requiring someone who can combine strategic thinking with strong operational execution in a fast-paced, seasonal and high-volume environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and lead the revenue strategy across GA, VIP, premium tables,



reservations and other revenue streams.
Drive pricing, yield and inventory optimisation based on demand, booking pace, capacity and market conditions.
Set revenue targets and KPIs, identify commercial opportunities and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
Lead revenue forecasting, budgeting and demand analysis, monitoring booking pace, customer behaviour, market trends and competitor activity.
Anticipate changes in demand and proactively adjust pricing, inventory and commercial strategies to maximise revenue and yield.
Maximise revenue from VIP tables, premium experiences and high-value guests through effective pricing, inventory allocation and upselling strategies.
Balance commercial opportunities with operational capacity, service levels and the premium guest experience.
Partner with Sales & Events, Marketing, VIP, F&B;, Operations, Finance and Tomorrowland HQ to ensure strong commercial alignment.
