About the Role
This is a senior, hands‑on engineering position for someone who wants to own outcomes across the full product stack rather than work on isolated tickets or a single technical layer.
AI‑assisted development is part of the standard engineering workflow. The idóneo candidate already uses AI coding tools every day, understands where they accelerate development, knows where they fail, and rigorously verifies the output they produce.
You will work in a small, highly technical, founder‑led environment with significant ownership over product and engineering decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, deploy, and operate production web applications end to end.
