The Difference You Make:
- The CIB Structured Finance-IC6 researches, analyzes, and prepares support documents and client presentation materials as requested by the team and management.
- Writes offering memoranda and engagement letters.
- Analyzes companies from a financial, operational, competitive and industry standpoint.
- Builds complex financial models utilizing Microsoft Excel.
- Performs transaction due diligence.
- Ensures compliance with all policy,



legal and federal regulations.
- Researches and analyzes industries and market data.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree: in related field or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education - Required
Qualifications:
- 3+ Years Product Development, Product Management, or related field. - Required.
- 0+ Years Financial Services industry experience. - Preferred.
- Ability to be adaptable, adapt to changing priorities and prioritize deadlines.
