Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall market strategy and business plan for the assigned Europe or Canada market, driving sustainable growth and market penetration.
- Own country-level business performance and KPIs, including user acquisition, trading volume, revenue, retention, and market share.
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with local KOLs, affiliates, institutions, payment providers, financial partners, and other key stakeholders.
- Build and expand the company's local ecosystem and industry network, representing the company at conferences, events, and relevant industry activities.
- Lead local user acquisition, growth, and marketing strategies, working closely with global Marketing, Growth, Product, and Operations teams.
