Pega Lead System Architect , you’ll take on a key technical leadership role, guiding a talented team of developers to create innovative low-code applications that transform the way we do business. Work closely with product owners and business analysts to turn business needs into cohesive, customer-centric Pega solutions.

Lead the design, architecture and development of scalable, high-performance Pega applications.

Advocate for best practices and quality to fully leverage Pega’s potential.

Identify Pega feasibility limits early in the agile development process to reduce risk.

Align with your peer architects on cross-team technical strategies and drive decision-making.

Mentor and support other engineers to help them grow their technical skills and confidence.

Foster a positive and supportive team culture, encouraging open communication and collaboration.

Promote a blame-free environment where mistakes are seen as learning opportunities, and constructive feedback is used to drive continuous improvement and personal growth.
