What You'll Be Doing
- Partner directly with Product Managers and game designers to define, track, and evolve core product KPIs – activation, retention, engagement, and monetization – across the game’s portfolio;
- Design, run, and analyze A/B tests and product experiments, collaborating with Product on hypothesis design, metric definition, and interpretation of results;
- Conduct deep-dive analyses of player behavior and product usage to uncover trends, friction points, and opportunities that inform the product roadmap;
- Apply statistical techniques – hypothesis testing, regression, segmentation/clustering – to support forecasting and behavioral modelling;
- Build and maintain automated dashboards and self-serve reporting for product KPIs, feature adoption, and player experience metrics;
- Perform recurring analysis of product and feature performance
