As a Relationship Banker you serve as a trusted advisor to customers, focusing on building strong, long-lasting relationships by understanding their financial needs and goals. This role involves providing tailored solutions for banking, lending and investment products while delivering exceptional customer service. Relationship Bankers proactively engage with customers to identify opportunities for cross-selling services, resolving issues, and educating them on digital banking tools.

- Achieve or exceed sales targets by actively promoting and effectively cross selling various banking products and services to existing and prospective customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Proactively prospect for new clients through internal and outbound interactions such as: networking, referrals, lead calling, portfolio management and community engagement.
