ABOUT ROLE
We are now launching and scaling a new Crypto Casino brand focused on Tier 1 markets and are looking for a Brand Manager to own brand strategy, positioning, and communication — helping us build a recognizable and competitive presence in the crypto gambling space.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Develop and execute the overall brand strategy for the crypto casino product.
- Define and maintain brand positioning, messaging, and tone of voice.
- Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints and marketing channels.
- Collaborate closely with Growth, Affiliate, CRM, SEO, Product, and Creative teams — acting as a true team player, not just a strategist.
- Coordinate brand campaigns, promotions, launches, and special marketing initiatives.
- Work with influencers, streamers, ambassadors,



and crypto communities to grow brand awareness.
- Analyze competitors, market trends, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Create and maintain brand guidelines and communication standards.
- Monitor brand performance and recommend improvements based on data and user feedback.
- Brief creative teams on content ideas and video concepts that can drive organic reach.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 3+ years as a Brand Manager, Marketing Manager, or similar role — with a clear focus on brand, not performance.
- Experience in Crypto Casino specifically.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels: social media, influencers, affiliates, CRM, and content marketing.
- Understanding of crypto communities, influencers, streamers, and KOL marketing.
- Excellent storytelling skills — can write compelling briefs for video and creative content.
- Strong aesthetic sense for design and creatives —
