To support our rapid growth, the Security team is expanding to proactively detect, analyze, and remediate emerging vulnerabilities and real-time attack vectors.

Key Responsibilities
As a SOC Analyst at Leadtech, You Will




- Help the company grow by addressing vulnerabilities, responding to security incidents, and improving security in collaboration with the security team.
- Monitor, triage, and respond to security alerts across our SIEM and detection stack (Wazuh, ThreatHub), escalating and driving incidents to resolution in line with our Incident Response Plan.
- Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues to optimize both internal and external processes.
- Balance multiple projects without sacrificing quality, aligning your work with brand standards, cultural nuances, and regulatory requirements.
- Engage with diverse stakeholders (e.g., product, engineering, and marketing teams) to gather requirements, evaluate options, and develop tools and processes to support our organization's goals.
