We have an opportunity for an AI Native Content specialist with campaign performance know-how to report directly into the Marketing Director. In this role, you would work from the Barcelona head office of a growing tech company with international customers.

What you'll own
- Social, end to end. Strategy, calendar, creative, publishing, and community across our core channels (primarily LinkedIn, plus other platforms where our audience actually is). You set the direction, you don't wait to be handed a brief.
- Brand and Sales visual assets
- Awareness that compounds. You already know how to make something go viral, and you understand the psychology behind why people stop, screenshot, and share. You build that kind of content consistently, and you can tell the difference between what just fills a calendar and what actually travels.
- AI video production.



You don't just "use AI" — You've mastered and love using the current generation of AI video and image tools (Seedance, Higgsfield, and will try whatever lands next), and you're naturally curious enough to teach yourself new models and workflows the moment they appear. You use AI across the whole pipeline — ideation, drafting, image and video, repurposing, iteration — to produce more, faster, and better than a traditional team of three.
- Shoot and edit. You're hands-on with a camera and in the edit, filming, cutting, and finishing short-form video yourself, using AI to speed up and sharpen the process rather than replace the craft.
- Copy that carries. You write the hook, the caption, and the thread yourself — genuinely skilful copy, not AI-generated slop. Our audience is corporate, intelligent, and B2B, not B2C, and the writing has to respect that: sharp, native to the platform, in our voice.
