In this role you will oversee contracts across regions, analyze commercial performance, and drive service-related opportunities for TKAS. You will lead decentralized teams and strengthen relationships with clients and authorities to ensure safe, compliant operations. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of current contracts across regions and their execution status.
• Monitor and analyze commercial performance data (backlog, revenue forecasts, sales trends).
• Ensure swift resolution of client requests and incidents related to contractual agreements.
• Coordinate commercial and business development actions with Europe and LATAM branches.
• Lead and develop decentralized, multicultural teams across multiple branches.
• Drive and uphold a culture of prevention and safety, ensuring regulatory compliance.




• Manage relationships with key clients, authorities, and stakeholders with strong institutional representation.
• Analyze local markets to identify commercial opportunities for services.
• Oversee people management, administration, and sales within the scope of responsibility.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Industrial Engineering
• 5-10 years of experience in commercial roles within international service companies or large project management
• Strong knowledge of the airport market and applicable regulations
• Proven experience in contract management, warranty control, and commercial KPI tracking
• Experience leading decentralized or international teams with remote coordination
• Strong focus on occupational safety and prevention culture
• Excellent client relationship and institutional representation skills
