- Lead and coordinate all on-site construction and installation activities, ensuring timely and successful project delivery and handover.
- Ensure high standards of execution quality and strict adherence to all occupational health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.
- Track and evaluate site progress against project plans, identifying deviations and support change order management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, suppliers, and the project management team.
- Technical education in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Several years of experience in site management, construction supervision, or installation projects
- Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor




- Native or near-native proficiency in Spanish and business-fluent in English
- Mobility and willingness to travel (100%)
