Greenhouse and Looker) to improve efficiency and consistency.Drive weekly funnel reviews, highlight insights,



and partner with stakeholders to remove blockers.You'll Be Great for This Role If YouBring hands-on experience in high-volume Sales recruitment, ideally across multiple European markets.Have a proven track record in structured hiring (scorecards, interviewer training, data-driven decision-making).Excel at building relationships with stakeholders and influencing hiring managers as a trusted advisor.Use data and insights to guide hiring strategy and continuously improve funnel performance.Have strong communication and prioritisation skills, thriving in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.Are naturally curious, proactive, and motivated by creating great candidate and stakeholder experiencesIf you're a delivery-led Head of People who enjoys complexity, momentum, and real accountability, this is worth a conversation.
