FIBTRAY® ULTRATECH SOLUTIONS Industrialization and Tech Development EngineerRole purposeTake an active role in and provide technical leadership for the industrialization of Fibtray®, working with machinery and mould manufacturers, other suppliers, and future customers and licensees to take the technology from testing and validation through to industrial-scale production.This is a highly hands-on role, involving regular time on the factory floor, test follow-up, problem-solving and the development of technical solutions.Key responsibilities1. Industrialization and commissioning- Coordinate and provide technical oversight of the industrialization of Fibtray®, including trials, machinery installation and commissioning, issue analysis and the implementation of solutions.- Support the industrialization phases of future customers and licensees, both in Spain and internationally.2. Moulds, forming dies and tooling- Lead the development, manufacture, validation and implementation of the moulds,



forming dies and tooling required for Fibtray®'s different product formats and applications.- Work directly with manufacturers and suppliers to define specifications and resolve issues throughout development and commissioning.3. Products, processes and technical data sheets- Define and maintain the technical specifications for Fibtray® products.- Carry out and coordinate the testing required to validate products and prepare their technical data sheets.- Document process parameters, tolerances, materials, quality controls and test results.4. New project development- Take an active role in and provide technical leadership for new product, material, process and machinery development projects at Fibtray®.- Evaluate and test new solutions and technologies that could improve the product or manufacturing process.5. Materials and barrier solutions- Evaluate and test different materials, liners and barrier solutions to determine their compatibility with Fibtray® technology and its various app
