The organization is currently on the lookout for a Planning Lead to own project planning and scheduling across design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover. The adecuado candidate will own the Integrated Master Schedule, coordinate multiple contractor programs, monitor physical progress, and identify critical-path risks, while also translating program milestones and procurement activity into reliable investment phasing and cash flow forecasts. Based in Badajoz, the role works closely with Construction, Project Management, Procurement, Cost Control, Finance, and Commissioning teams.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) covering design, procurement, construction, utilities, energisation,



commissioning and handover.
- Integrate and challenge contractor and vendor schedules across CSA, Electrical, Mechanical, BMS, Security, Power Infrastructure, utilities and other project packages.
- Monitor physical progress against the approved baseline and ensure consistent progress measurement across contractors and work packages.
- Perform critical path, schedule variance and delay analysis, identifying constraints, dependencies, milestone risks and potential impacts on completion dates.
- Develop mitigation and recovery plans with Construction, Project Management and contractors where progress deviates from approved milestones.
- Coordinate short- and medium-term construction planning, including look-ahead schedules, sequencing, interfaces and upcoming constraints.
