As a Senior Brand Partnerships Manager, you drive revenue growth by expanding Fever’s agency and direct client base and elevating our brand in the market. You collaborate with cross‑functional teams to assemble compelling experiential campaigns and pitches. You’ll lead high‑value client engagements, manage briefs from inquiry to delivery, and spot strategic opportunities from social media and entertainment trends. This role offersImpact by shaping global campaigns with top brands in a creative, data‑driven environment.

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key agency and direct clients
• Achieve quarterly sales targets and drive revenue growth
• Coordinate cross‑functional resources to craft winning experiential responses and pitches
• Manage client briefs from initial consultation to campaign delivery
• Lead high‑value client pitches and organize client entertainment initiatives




• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously optimize the Brand Partnerships offering
• Identify trends in social media and entertainment to articulate opportunities to clients

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of experience in publisher sales, experience sales, or brand partnerships
• Strong creative thinking and data‑driven sales decisions
• Proven track record building direct client and agency contacts (e.g., Publicis, Mindshare, Havas)
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for proposals and client xghoner meetings
• Entrepreneurial, self‑starter, comfortable with ambiguity
• Ability to craft slide decks and written pitch materials
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Based in Madrid or willing to relocate
