SKILLS
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

Experience
Between 0 and 3 years of professional experience.
Previous experience or internships in Treasury, Financial Markets, Back Office, Middle Office, or financial areas are considered an asset (preferably within IT environments).

Knowledge and Skills
Basic knowledge of financial products and financial markets.
Intermediate Excel skills.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Intermediate level of English.

Desirable Qualifications
Knowledge of treasury, risk management, or financial management.
Familiarity with reporting tools or database technologies.
Knowledge and/or experience with Calypso.

Key Responsibilities
Provide a single point of contact service for MAPS clients.
Monitor testing and production environments.
Deliver operational support for production and testing environments, including configuration, service request handling, incident categorization and assignment, among other activities.
Execute test cases for operational tools.
Design and implement operational procedures.
Prepare operational reports and statistics.
Perform recurring operational tasks and procedures (accounting, mapping, etc.).
Prepare and maintain functional specifications, including detailed functional specifications, and manage related change requests.
Perform functional design activities, including:




Analysis of new functional requirements and detailed impact assessments.
Functional advisory regarding changes to ISO 20022 messaging standards, including impact analysis and implementation support.
Functional configuration, preparation and execution of test cases, regression testing, and functional documentation.
Functional testing: definition, execution, documentation, and analysis of software acceptance tests to ensure proper business processing.
Non-functional testing: definition, execution, documentation, and analysis of volume and performance tests.
Production and user environment support, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution of incidents and requests from users and operational teams.
Coordinate, support, and collaborate with the Bank of Spain.
Participate in projects involving the onboarding of new Central Banks onto the MAPS platform.
Participate in software upgrade initiatives related to the MAPS platform (Calypso).
Prepare presentations related to the activities of the team providing the service.

Working Conditions
Hybrid working model (onsite and remote).
Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00.
Up to 10 remote working days per month, freely distributed according to team needs.
Initial training plan and ongoing support to develop functional expertise in Treasury and Financial Markets.
