The Role
As the Head of Enterprise Engineering Excellence, you will shape and lead the engineering foundations that power Nespresso’s global digital ecosystem. Reporting to the Integral Head of IT, you will lead a large, high-performing organization spanning infrastructure, platform engineering, and engineering enablement.

You will be instrumental in accelerating Nespresso’s digital transformation—enabling teams to build, deploy, and scale products faster, more securely, and with greater impact. This is a highly visible leadership role where you will define engineering strategy, modernize ways of working, and influence outcomes at enterprise scale.





In This Role, You Will:

Define and drive the

enterprise-wide engineering excellence strategy , aligned with business and IT priorities

Lead a

global organization of 200+ engineers , building high-performing teams and leadership capability

Accelerate modernization through

DevSecOps, cloud, automation, SRE, platform engineering, and AI

Own and evolve

engineering platforms

(cloud foundations, CI/CD, developer tooling) to enable speed and scalability

Ensure

secure, reliable, and high-performing infrastructure and operations

with strong governance and compliance

Drive

operational excellence

(incident, problem, and change management; resilience and disaster recovery)

Partner with senior stakeholders to

translate strategy into tangible business outcomes

Manage budgets, vendors, and cost optimization while maximizing value delivery
