LINAK is a leading Danish multinational company in the manufacture of electric linear actuators and lifting columns for the electrification and automation of equipment and machinery in different sectors: medical (hospital beds, medical equipment), office desks, industrial, agricultural, marine, etc.

We are looking for a Sales Engineer with experience in the industrial sector for Spain and Portugal. Objective: to serve existing customers and find new ones, understand their needs to propose innovative solutions and increase sales by providing appropriate technical and commercial support.

Main tasks
- Follow up with existing customers in Spain and Portugal, maintaining a high level of satisfaction to increase sales
- Attracting new customers in the industrial, agricultural, marine and related markets (prospecting, analysis, visits, creating opportunities)
- Identifying new opportunities/markets and developing sales in the above mentioned sectors
- Managing sales projects and the entire sales cycle: analysis, defining technical and commercial solutions, quotes, closing sales




- Collaboration and coordination with other departments of the company in Denmark (quality, technical support, offer management, etc.)
- Reporting on commercial activity
- Representing the company at trade fairs and other marketing activities

Requirements
- Degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or similar studies
- Minimum experience: 5 years in B2B sales in industrial sector, ideally in the field of linear actuators, automation technologies, and/or robotics
- Technical knowledge of linear motion technology (hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical) and/or mechanics and industrial automation
- Communication, negotiation, organizational, teamwork, and planning skills.

- Self-driven, proactive and strong influencing skills
- Digital skills including basic Office package, CRM, LinkedIn, and AI applied to sales and generating efficiency in day-to-day work
