Join the Spain Investment Banking and Capital Markets team in Madrid as an Investment Banking Associate.



This role is idóneo for professionals with 2+ years of Investment Banking and/or M&A; experience who are looking to support the origination and execution of mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and financing transactions, while providing strategic advice to corporate clients.
Responsibilities

Execute mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets and financing transactions from initial analysis through completion.
Build and review financial models, company valuations and quantitative analyses to support client recommendations and transaction decisions.
Prepare clear presentations and tailored materials for discussions with clients, investors and senior investment bankers.
Research companies, industries and market trends to identify opportunities and provide relevant strategic insights.
Coordinate with clients, advisers and internal product teams to deliver high-quality work across origination and execution projects.
