Principal Product Manager – General Platform Solutions

About the Role
We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead the strategy, design, and execution of innovative platform solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
This is a strategic product leadership role at the intersection of Product Management, Technology, Vendor and Customer Partnerships, and Business Transformation.
The ideal candidate combines strong product management capabilities with the ability to understand complex technology ecosystems, design end-to-end solutions, work directly with strategic vendors and partners, and drive initiatives from concept → solution → build → launch → adoption → measurable value.

Key Responsibilities
- Meet directly with vendors and resellers to understand their business models, pain points, and growth ambitions; then translate insights into scalable product strategies.
- Operate as a "builder PM": conduct deep partner discovery, frame the opportunity,



define the product vision, build and test user experiences, drive cross-functional execution from 0 to 1.
- Define success metrics, instrument them, and use data to iterate rapidly and make crisp prioritization decisions.
- Leverage AI/ML and emerging technologies to accelerate discovery, prototyping, and delivery.
- Influence cross domain roadmaps without direct authority, building alignment through compelling narratives and data-driven proposals.
