In this role you drive the Compliance Management System for the Decarbon Technologies segment, owning selected areas such as anti-corruption, data compliance, AML, and export control. You provide antitrust and competition law advice and advance compliance measures across the segment. You will support cross-functional teams, coordinate Compliance Officers, monitor regulatory developments, and contribute to a proactive compliance culture in an international setting.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Develop and implement the Compliance Management System within Decarbon Technologies
• Provide antitrust and competition law advice and support competition law compliance measures
• Ensure segment-wide standards are followed and regulatory requirements are implemented efficiently
• Advise on LkSG and related regulatory requirements for the business units and regions




• Support cross-functional compliance projects and coordination of Compliance Officers
• Contribute to compliance reporting at segment and Group level
• Develop and implement compliance processes, policies, concepts, and preventive measures
• Monitor regulatory developments and derive actionable measures for implementation
• Drive the ongoing development of the compliance organization and culture
• Assist in Mu0026A compliance-related activities and liability questions under the Compliance Program

Responsabilidades
• Experience in compliance program development and implementation
• Proven antitrust and competition law advisory capability
• Knowledge of German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) and related regulatory regimes
• Ability to coordinate Compliance Officers across business units and regions xghoner
• Experience in regulatory monitoring and cross-functional project management
• Strong analytical and advisory skills in compliance issues
