This is a pure sales, individual contributor role - adecuado for someone who thrives on ownership, high activity, and closing deals.You’ll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, running demos, and signing new accounts in the SMB and mid-market segments. You’ll need to be proactive, tenacious, and laser-focused on driving pipeline and revenue.This role is on-site at our vibrant office space in Barcelona surrounded by a small but fast-growing team,



playing a key part in expanding our footprint across Europe. An uncapped commission structure rewards high performance – your earnings grow with your results.Key Responsibilities- Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting and outreach to pitching, negotiation, closing, and signing.- Generate new opportunities through cold calls, email outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, and follow-ups on inbound leads.- Deliver engaging, high-impact product demos that show clear business value.- Maintain a fast-paced sales rhythm with high daily activity and deal volume.- Keep deals and activity updated in HubSpot CRM, with accurate forecasting and reporting.- Stay sharp on product, process, and competitor updates to keep your edge.- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to refine our go-to-market motion.- Push hard, stay consistent, and always keep momentum moving forward.What We're Looking For- 2–4
