Tus tareasAs Senior Manager of Supply Chain, your mission is to lead the end-to-end Last Mile 2MH operation, owning its strategy, cost efficiency, service quality, and team performance to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement across the network.- - Define and lead the Last Mile 2MH strategy: carrier mix, coverage by area and service model.- -Ownership of the 2MH transport budget: forecast, monthly tracking and year-end closing.- -Lead the strategic relationship with the 4PL: SLA negotiation, business reviews and escalation.- -Negotiate and renew carrier contracts; manage the carrier network across all UHs.- -Supervise Maykel and the own technical teams delivering and installing 2MH products.- -Coordinate with the UH Manager to align preparation capacity with delivery commitments.- -Validate and approve all transport invoices and 4PL billing.- -Monitor NPS and delivery KPIs; lead root‑cause analysis and improvement plans.- -Ensure 4PL and carrier SLA compliance; manage penalties with evidence.- -Lead team development: set objectives,
