Experteer Overview In this role you will lead and scale Marketing u0026amp; Communications across Iberia, France and Morocco to drive demand generation, engagement and retention. Lead the Marketing u0026 Communications team across Iberia, France and Morocco, aligning local initiatives with growth priorities
Develop country and subregional marketing plans to build brand awareness, thought leadership, and demand generation
Lead integrated multichannel campaigns across digital, social, email, content, events and sponsorships
Partner with local business leaders and regional stakeholders for alignment and execution excellence
Monitor campaign performance and optimize results
Manage budgets to improve ROI and identify cost efficiencies
Drive reporting and performance measurement to demonstrate marketing impact
Oversee event strategy, sponsorship activation and governance frameworks
Ensure consistent use of marketing processes, tools and systems (Marketing Cockpit, Monday.Com and Cvent)
Maintain strong financial oversight of marketing spend and resource allocation
Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing, inclusive team
Foster accountability and alignment with Aon United values
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and risk requirements
Drive talent development, succession planning and wellbeing initiatives
Build strong relationships with senior leaders (CEO, CCO and Solution Leaders) and act as trusted advisor to country leadership teams
