Your role
As Programming Runner, you will be responsible for preparing, maintaining, and restoring Nômade Temple Madrid’s artistic, cultural, and wellbeing spaces, ensuring that every experience is delivered with operational excellence and aesthetic integrity.

What you will do:

- Prepare, set up, and restore artistic, cultural, and wellbeing spaces before and after each activation
- Ensure all spaces meet Nômade’s standards of aesthetics, cleanliness, functionality, and guest readiness
- Arrange furniture, décor, ritual elements, signage, lighting, audiovisual equipment,



and operational materials according to programming requirements
- Conduct daily walkthroughs of programming spaces to ensure operational readiness and identify maintenance needs
- Support classes, private sessions, workshops, ceremonies, concerts, DJ sets, community gatherings, and special events
- Assist facilitators, practitioners, artists, musicians, and technical teams with operational requirements
- Respond efficiently to last‑minute operational changes while maintaining the quality of the guest experience
- Transport, organize, and safely store programming equipment and materials
- Maintain storage areas clean, organized, and fully operational
- Monitor inventories and report replacement or purchasing needs
- Assist with receiving deliveries and organizing operational supplies
- Support basic sound, lighting, and audiovisual setup and equipment testing
