Job Description
Are you passionate about social media, influencers, and the world of brands?
We are looking for early-career talent to join P&G;'s Brand Building Purchases team as a Purchasing Manager - Social & Influencer Partnerships.
Your mission will be to design and implement purchasing strategies and manage relationships with external partners across Social & Brand Building projects. You will work with teams across P&G;, influencers, agencies, and other collaborators to create value, drive innovative ideas, contribute to business growth, and ensure the company achieves its objectives.
What will your responsibilities be?
Sourcing Execution & Commercial Delivery
Contribute to the development and activation of partner sourcing, selection, and validation strategies, aligning them with business priorities for Social & Brand Building projects.
Lead projects from end to end: identify, select,



and qualify the best partners; negotiate terms and conditions; manage contracts; launch them; and oversee their proper execution.
Partner Management
Build strong, trusted relationships with influencers, agencies, creators, and other partners.
Lead negotiations and contracting with partners, serve as the key point of contact between partners and the business, monitor results, continuously design improvements, and ensure their implementation.
Governance & Compliance
Ensure effective coordination across all projects and partners, guaranteeing full compliance with company policies and processes.
Business Collaboration & Insights
Work with Brand, Finance, Legal, and other teams to identify the best solutions to meet business needs.
Use data, market trends, and external information to identify opportunities and make recommendations.
