You translate PXT priorities into clear, actionable campus-level strategy, driving operational excellence, improving employee experience, and building scalable PXT practices that support performance and long-term growth. Use inspections and data to identify defects, validate process integrity, and reinforce accountability. Own end-to-end operational excellence through rigorous process execution, structured inspection routines, and effective use of tools and data. Deliver meaningful recognition programs with budget oversight and execution accountability. Support community engagement initiatives that strengthen local impact.



Monitor employee sentiment through regular floor presence, data analysis, and feedback mechanisms, holding leaders accountable for delivering positive experiences and implementing targeted action plans to strengthen culture.
Manage escalations as primary escalation point for complex issues, partnering with Regional PXT, Legal, and ER teams. Lead regional change initiatives through effective stakeholder management, removing adoption barriers and modelling positive behaviours. Drive adoption and optimization of HR technology solutions to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and employee experience, developing digital fluency and leveraging analytics for decision-making.
