University's degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 6 years of relevant working experience in IT;
Experience creating manuals, guidelines, instructions, and training materials;
Experience in requirements gathering and business analysis skills;
Experience designing and delivering training programs
Ability to draft and maintain technical and non-technical documentation;
Ability to monitor and report training effectiveness;
Knowledge of documentation standards and version control practices;
Excellent command of the English language.
