Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager Vascular EU, you will lead the strategic and tactical marketing activities for the Liver Stent Graft portfolio, driving launch excellence and accelerating the adoption of BD's innovative solutions across Europe. You will play a key role in translating launch momentum into long-term commercial success through disciplined opportunity management, market development initiatives, professional education and customer engagement, helping establish BD as a leader across the region.
Drive growth and performance: Own revenue and unit targets for Liverty across Europe through focused,



data-driven strategies and consistent execution.
Work closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Market Development and Regulatory teams to ensure aligned and impactful initiatives.
Empower local success: Provide tools, content and strategic direction to help local teams customize plans, accelerate adoption and reach business goals.
Ensure launch readiness for new products and seamless coordination from regional to local execution.
Analyze market data, trends and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and guide portfolio strategy.
Test new ideas, evaluate performance and refine marketing programs to maximize impact and ROI.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
