The Role

Are you ready to take your legal and commercial expertise to the next level in a dynamic, general tech environment? Kyndryl’s Contracts & Negotiations (C&N;) team is looking for a talented and driven contract professional to join us in shaping the future of IT agreements. As part of C&N;, you’ll be at the heart of Kyndryl’s commercial engine, negotiating and managing customer agreements that range from multi-million dollar outsourcing deals to bespoke amendments and strategic advisory. You’ll collaborate across functions, lead complex projects, and help ensure the profitability and success of our accounts. Your initial focus will be on managing existing accounts and deals within such accounts, with the intended trajectory of growing into more complex deal-making as you develo
