We are looking for a forward-thinking, methodical and detail-oriented Quality Control Physicochemical Laboratory Manager to join our Quality Control Department.

As a Quality Control Physicochemical Laboratory Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and coordination of laboratory activities, ensuring compliance and effective management of human resources according to operational needs.
- Guarantee the accuracy of the results issued by the Laboratory.
- Manage, supervise and generate technical documentation associated such as: SOPs and CoAs.
- Coordinate the correct state of work equipment according to GMP requirements and technical data sheets.
- Manage and investigate OOS and deviations as needed.
- Ensure the application of GMP requirements and the correct training of the personnel in charge.

Education:
- University degree or equivalent in Chemistry, Biochemistry; Biology; Biotechnology or related areas.
- Master's degree in Chemistry; Biochemistry; Biology; Biotechnology or related areas.
- PhD in related areas is desirable, but not necessary

Languages:





Fluent in Spanish. Intermediate level of English (Level B2 / First Certificate).

At least 4 years of experience with/ in:
- Experience on GMP regulations.
- Use of techniques such as HPLC, UV and IR Spectrophotometry, UPLC, Fluorescence, DAD, UV-VIS.
- Use of Agilent equipment with Empower 3 software.
- Experience in international environments is a plus.
- Managing a technical team in a Laboratory.
