Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support to Norwegian-speaking banking customers
- Handle enquiries relating to customer accounts and banking services
- Assist customers with the use of online and digital banking services
- Resolve account, payment and transaction-related issues
- Provide accurate information and guidance regarding banking services
- Handle financial and customer information accurately and confidentially
- Use transaction-processing and credit-assessment systems
- Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout each interaction.

Requirements
- Fluent Norwegian (C2) both verbal and written. Sound command in English (B2+ level)




- Previous customer service or banking experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good attention to detail when handling financial information
- Comfortable working with digital systems and software
- Ability to handle account, payment and transaction-related enquiries
- Professional and responsible approach when handling sensitive customer information
