We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

As a Trainee Trade Marketing & POSM at Reckitt,



you will play a key role in the development, execution and analysis of visibility initiatives across Grocery and Pharma channels. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Key Account Managers and external suppliers to deliver impactful POS materials and displays that strengthen brand presence and drive shopper conversion.
In this position, you'll gain hands-on experience managing POSM projects from concept to implementation, monitoring execution in-store, analyzing display performance and identifying opportunities to maximize sell-out. You'll work with a variety of stakeholders, support the Field Team with visibility solutions and contribute to creating innovative in-store experiences that help our brands stand out.
