As a Product Design Lead, you will own the execution of our design vision, managing a small team of designers across multiple teams to prioritise initiatives, drive strategic projects, and foster a culture of excellence. Balancing leadership with hands-on design, you will ensure we deliver business-driven, user-centred solutions that elevate the user experience. This role requires strong leadership, UX/UI expertise, and cross-functional collaboration.
