In this role you will lead the C3PM team to ensure the right capabilities, resources and processes for externally manufactured products across a general network. You will partner with HNC and other business units to drive operational excellence in third-party manufacturing and industrialize new products. You will manage supplier relationships, ensure quality and regulatory compliance, and maintain a robust external manufacturing network. The role offers a chance to shape supply strategy at scale while advancing sustainability and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

- Manage and improve performance (cost, quality, service) of third-party manufacturers, including escalation and crisis handling
- Lead strategic supplier relationships, aligning performance with commercial agreements
- Ensure supply reliability, governance, and effective issue resolution
- Implement new 3rd party manufacturing flows to support innovation and strategic priorities
- Maintain and develop the external manufacturing network to optimize cost and enable growth




- Ensure quality and regulatory compliance across the C3PM portfolio; manage deviations, complaints, recalls
- Act as key interface for customers on product documentation, changes, and quality topics
- Maintain compliance of quality systems with food safety and pharma regulations
- Lead and develop a team of ~20 employees, fostering continuous improvement and customer focus

Requisitos principales

- Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 10+ years in senior operations, supply chain, product management or similar roles in food, pharma or related industries
- Expertise in process and technology, quality and regulatory compliance, product and asset strategy, operations and external manufacturing management, contracting and supplier management
- Strong influencing xkdbapo and negotiation skills with solid commercial acumen
- Proven ability to lead and collaborate across multidisciplinary and multicultural teams
- Excellent communication, strategic mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Leadership capabilities including coaching, mentoring, and stakeholder management
- Customer-focused, results-driven, pragmatic with risk-based decision making
- High self-awareness, adaptability and prioritization skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
