Revelyst, an Adventure Sports Group Europe, is seeking a Customer Retention Specialist to join our Barcelona HQ. You will own the consumer journey across EU brands and drive repeat purchases through CRM and lifecycle emails, while collaborating with the E-Commerce team.
You're fluent in English, have 3+ years in CRM/email marketing, and excel with Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Mailchimp. This hybrid role offers office days in Barcelona and remote work flexibility, plus employee discounts on our outdoor
