What will your day-to-day work look like?- Drive revenue growth for Power Industry products internationally through comprehensive regional business strategies- Develop and execute account plans for main OEMs in energy sector, cultivating relationships with decision-makers and technical stakeholders- Lead complete sales process from lead generation to contract closure, including technical presentations, negotiations, and forecasting- Achieve sales targets by expanding product lines within accounts and identifying new business opportunities- Maintain deep technical expertise in relays, RTUs, sensors, and related components to translate customer requirements into solutions- Conduct thorough market analysis and competitor research to identify growth opportunities- Build strong, lasting relationships with integral teams at key accounts as their primary point of contact- Provide accurate sales forecasts, analyze performance data,



and track KPIs to inform strategic decisions- Find business partners to expand our portfolio with complementary products.What do we want to know about you?Education- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or related field) or equivalent technical experience.Experience- Minimum of 5-7 years of technical sales experience and business development, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.- Proven track record of success in devopping business, managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.- Experience selling into key accounts is a significant plus.- Ability to travel up to 30-40% as required.Specific Knowledge & Skills- Strong technical knowledge of relays, RTUs, sensors, and their applications.- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers at all levels.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.- Fluent i
