This role is with an established, award‑winning general CFD/FX broker known for positioning itself, with strong fund protection, segregated accounts, and multi‑jurisdiction regulation. The broker offers MT4/MT5 and other platforms, with access to a broad range of instruments including forex, indices, commodities, energies, metals, equities, and crypto, backed by fast execution and competitive spreads.

The firm already has a meaningful international footprint but is now particularly focused on growing and deepening its European book, expanding client volumes and IB/affiliate networks across key EU markets. This Business Development Manager will play a central role in driving European growth, owning an EU‑centric book, scaling IB and partner relationships, and increasing trading activity across the region.

Responsiblity:
- Build and manage a portfolio of IBs and referral partners in the target region (MENA or Europe).
- Drive new IB acquisition, from initial outreach through to onboarding and agreement signing.
- Negotiate commercial terms (rebates, commissions, incentives)



in line with company targets and margin.
- Monitor IB performance and key metrics (deposits, volumes, active traders, retention) and act to improve results.
- Maintain regular communication with partners, providing updates, promotions, and support to grow their business.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing partner support.
- Provide market feedback on competitor offerings, client needs, and local trends to refine the partnership strategy.
- Represent the broker at industry events and online communities to strengthen the partner network in the region.

Requirements:
- Experience in CFD/FX brokerage in business development, partnerships, or account management.
- Proven track record of working with IBs / affiliates and growing a book of business in Europe.
