The position
Bax is seeking an Energy Innovation Advisor to join our Local Energy Systems team at our headquarters in Barcelona.
In this role, you will work at the intersection of business, strategy,



and public-private collaboration to drive the energy transition—moving beyond applied engineering to focus on innovation management, investment planning, and policy development.
You will contribute to a diverse portfolio of projects that help cities, regions, and public authorities accelerate the deployment of local energy systems, smart grids, positive energy districts, and other innovative energy solutions. Working alongside multidisciplinary teams and international partners, you will support the design and delivery of impactful innovation projects across Europe.
