Purpose & role
To design, improve and build the processes, tools and project frameworks that RIVA — a real estate development company — needs as it professionalizes and scales. The role creates new processes and delivers the projects that bring them to life, then hands them over to the teams who will run them day to day.
Sits at the intersection of process design and project delivery, translating Management's priorities into working systems. Serves as the principal link between Management, office and site teams, and external consultants throughout that design-pilot-embed cycle.

Areas of responsibility
Process & Systems Design




- Diagnose current workflows across the company and identify inefficiencies and gaps.
- Design, build, document and pilot new end-to-end processes (e.g. procurement, logistics, project workflows).
- Select, configure and roll out the digital tools that support new processes, and drive initial adoption.

Project Delivery
- Manage assigned projects from scoping through completion, coordinating stakeholders across office and site.
- Track milestones, budgets and risks, and report progress to Management on a regular basis.
- Maintain clear, current project and process documentation.
- Train and upskill teams on new tools, processes and adjustments as they are introduced.

Technology & Continuous Improvement
- Identify and pilot AI and automation opportunities that reduce manual work across the company.
- Build the foundations of the company's digital infrastructure for others to maintain and scale.
