MISSION: develop, maintain, andimplement the standardized time estimation methodology for Nordex installation processes. Ensures accurate, traceable, and scalable time calculations across all operational levelsfrom steps and tasks to Road Maps, Phases, WTG and Wind Farm enabling digital continuity,planning accuracy, and process optimization across Integral PM EPC and Operations.
TASKS:
- Develop, structure and update the Times Methodology, ensuring alignment with MTM basedstandards, Nordex information levels, and Nordex frameworks
- Define, calculate and validate times at all process levels (Step Task RM Phase WTG WF), ensuring consistency, traceability and data integrity
- Build and maintain the times database, including parameters, resources, prerequisites, weather thresholds and resource movements
- Support the creation and synchronization of Road Maps (RMs), ensuring workload balancing, shift alignment,



sequencing logic, and compliance with installation strategies
- Collaborate with PM Technology, Tendering, IPT, Quality, HSE and other stakeholders to ensure full digital continuity across all NX systems
- Analyze process data to identify improvement opportunities and contribute to standardization, efficiency gains, and methodology evolution
- Provide expert guidance during pilot tests, rollouts and continuous improvement cycles for new Nordex methodologies
- Ensure harmonization between documentation (Installation Manuals, tasks, steps) and time estimation processes within the "single source of truth" philosophy
- Support system integration topics defining requirements, interfaces, and data flow
- Contribute to the maturity process of installation methodologies, ensuring proper assumptions, parameter definitions and version development across all releases (V0 to Final)
