About the Role

We are looking for a Commercial Manager - Hydrocolloids to take overall responsibility for the global Hydrocolloids category, including strategy, sales, profitability, product portfolio, supplier management, and business development.

The position combines global category management with direct commercial responsibility, working closely with regional sales teams, strategic suppliers, and key customers worldwide.

The successful candidate will be responsible for growing sales and margins, developing new markets and applications, strengthening supplier relationships,



and identifying new business opportunities globally.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the global strategy for the Hydrocolloids category.
- Take direct responsibility for global sales, profitability, and achievement of annual business development targets.
- Develop strategic customers and key accounts worldwide.
- Identify new markets, applications, and business opportunities.
- Manage and develop the general Hydrocolloids product portfolio, including new product launches and application development projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic suppliers and manufacturers.
- Monitor global market trends, competition, pricing, and supply developments.
- Represent the company at international trade fairs, conferences, and customer meetings.
