As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Avantor, you will be responsible for researching, engaging with, and providing us with the talent we need to set science in motion to create a better world. In this role, you will play a critical part in building strong talent pipelines across European markets, partnering closely with Business Partners and Hiring Managers to identify, engage, and qualify top candidates. You will act as a strategic partner, leveraging market insights, innovative sourcing techniques, and strong stakeholder collaboration to deliver high-quality candidate slates. You are skilled at building candidate pools, pipelines, adept at performing initial screens of prospects and applicants. You will act as a strong advisor and partner for your hiring managers and provide an excellent candidate experience.

by collaborating with our Talent Acquisition team all over Europe and work within a globally aligned and rapidly growing General Talent Acquisition function
- Proactively source and attract high-quality candidates across multiple functions and geographies, with a focus on the DACH region
- Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, job boards, networking, referrals, etc.)
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Conduct market mapping and talent benchmarking to support hiring strategy
- Conduct initial candidate screening (CV + phone/virtual interviews) to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Deliver well-qualified candidate shortlists to Hiring Managers
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the sourcing and screening stages
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, hiring strategy, and timelines
- Act as a trusted advisor by sharing data-driven insights on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and competitor
